Self Storage was my first entrepreneurial and investing love. For that reason, I've decided to start a hypothetical "Self-Storage Fund" where I will track my real world investments in public self storage companies and compare their returns with that of the broader market. 

 

While an actual self storage mutual fund or ETF doesn't exist yet I hope these articles will prove interesting and get a conversation started about starting a real one in the future.
